5 tips to remove exam stress

Hai, The common thing that we all feel is exam stress
I have found a few ways from my experience to remove exam stress

•  Eat light and less oily food before examinations
• Prepare well in time before the exams so as to avoid last minute crisis
•  Do yoga everyday to boost up your concentration levels
•  Drink loads of water
•  And the last thing, have fun with your friends after preparing!
